The Ramm Audio Elite8 Premium RCA cable has been designed to offer the best possible audio reproduction. The conductors, as for all Ramm cables, are in pure OCC copper, but this time they have also undergone the cryogenic treatment, which improves even more the already excellent quality.
The Premium version of this Elite8 differs from the basic version by the presence of the NBU (Noise Bypass Unit), that is, a filter specifically designed to eliminate all noise. Moreover, the cable has the ground isolated from the negative, thus giving performance comparable to balanced cables. The Elite8 Premium is terminated with very high quality connectors in gold-plated tellurium copper (model 30901GT).
The whole is then finished with a magnificent gold and black nylon sock. Like all Ramm cables, this is also directive, therefore, to obtain the best possible performance, it is essential to respect the directivity of the cable (indicated on the connectors and on the cable itself).

RCA kontakten har en låsande funktion. Vrid upp kontakten först så den lättare går att trycka in i honkontakten och sedan kan du vrida på den igen och då låser den sig.
Tänk även att kontakten kan ha en liten pil, vilket visar riktningen på signalflödet. Dessa kablar är behandlade och bör användas med rätt riktning.
Denna version av kontakt är ny från RAMM Audio (december 2021) och bygger på en toppkonstruktion som en gång lanserades av en annan konstruktör.
Den påminner om andra tillverkares produkter. Denna konstruktion kallas ibland för ”RCA bullet plug”.
